The Project
Over the course of the summer of 2021, as a recent High School Graduate, I worked with five other BNIM Interns to compile a business plan for a hypothetical firm that would be optimized for attacking the Affordable Housing Crisis in KCMO. We considered every factor of the process from Seed Costs for start-up, Financial Planning, Housing Design, Construction & Manufacturing Processes, The Organizational Hierarchy of the Firm, and much more. We then endeavored to create a polished pitch presentation that outlined our prosed business plan.
